Do you have a favorite filesystem you need access to?

Some quirky device that you have half baked into your workflow?

What are they? How do they work? Provide as much info as reasonable.

I think the main thing for now is:

some way to sync files over the internet (git or something similar)
a good modal text editor
and well a filesystem, that's real. so i can have files. that exist. on disk.

hardware-side is pretty up in the air, i'll probably be using it through fakern for now.

(maybe i can make a separate display session that opens a WM that can only open the one window and having it open fakern to emulate a separate OS experience)
